Join-In Full Day Cruise - Phi Phi Island / Maya Bay / Monkey Bay / Koh Kai Nok

The Cruise

The day will start a bit early, but you sure will be glad that you make it.

You will be picked up at your hotel by our shuttle bus and transferred to Phuket’s Boat Lagoon Marina where you and other joining members will board our 42' super-slick Perfecta.

Once all of us are ready, we will then leave Boat Lagoon for our first destination, Monkey Bay.

During the one hour cruise at 20 knots, you will be able to kick back, relax, and sip your drink, while enjoying the breeze and warmth of the morning sun.

On Monkey Bay, you can swim, snorkel, sunbath, and of course get a first-hand encounter with monkeys inhabiting the jungle.

Then it will be time for lunch, and such is time for Phi Phi.

A tasty Thai set lunch will be served at noon at Phi Phi Hotel, situated right at the heart of Ton Sai Bay on Phi Phi Don.

All you will have to do is to make sure that you spare enough time to walk a bit around this multi-cultural island, to shop for local handicrafts as well as those coming from as far away as the South Sea, or simply to sit by the pier and get a full eye of thousands and thousands of tiger fish circling under the clear blue sea.

Then it's time for a short ooh-and-ahh ride to Maya Bay on Phi Phi Le.

If you are a movie buff, you should know that this is the location where the movie “The Beach”, starring Leonardo Di Caprio, was filmed.

Everything there at the bay is as, and much more, beautiful and real as what you saw.

The only exception is that there is no shark, and the bay is in fact one of the best snorkeling spots with the most beautiful coral beds in the area.

Take the time to look at our panorama of Maya Bay where the movie "The Beach" was made!

As much as you want to stay, we will have to say that it is 14:30 and so time to turnaround.

But just before you and your new found friends start planning about the dinner and the night-out back on the BIG island, we sure do not want you to miss Egg Island or Koh Kai Nok.

If you still have the juice, there you can swim and snorkel some more, but if not, the island’s u-shape white sand beach sure provides a perfect setting for you to enjoy your afternoon snacks and give you tanned skin the last touch, and you might be able to spot–not one–but loads of dolphins.

The sun should well be on its way down as we set forth our trip back to Boat Lagoon, and there is nothing better to do than just relax and let it all sink in.
